Day 8: #fallvinylhealing Music Showcasing An Important Relationship

Day 8 of #fallvinylhealing w/ @therapyinvinyl and today we inquire about an important relationship in your life.

Hitting the happenstance of #soundtracksunday and yet I’ve posted a couple soundtracks already, I’m posting Matilda: The Musical, which was made for Netflix some time ago. We just caught it in the last few weeks because my daughter, my most important relationship, beautifully danced to one of the songs from it this summer in her dance camp.

I very easily made a decision to never post her, and I make no apologies about that, with slight exception for this one. She’s still holding my hand, to this day, even though the photo of us was taken three years ago now. I love her so much and sometimes I can’t say that for much else. Also something I don’t make apologies about.

Tim Minchin: Prejudice (Live)

We were very taken with the musical and would love to see it live. Tim Minchin worked on the song list, and if you know anything about the guy, you can tell almost instantly it’s his clever lyricism at work.
